We, the like minds living within Victoria Garden City (VGC), Lekki, Lagos, being  friends united by love and brotherhood, conscious of our cultural heritage and the duty to sustain our culture, traditions, interests, values, friendship and being resolved to unite in our pursuit of happiness and the good of all and desiring to achieve progress for ourselves and our children, conscious of maintaining peace amongst ourselves and our neighbours do hereby enact and give ourselves this Constitution, to be known as the Constitution of VGC Elites Club.
